MY MISSION
My mission is personal.
As a mother whose sons have faced challenges within both the juvenile justice and adult prison systems, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when a young person needs guidance, advocacy, opportunity, and someone who genuinely believes in them. Those experiences inspired me to become the source of support I once needed—not only for myself and my children, but also for other young people and families facing similar challenges.
Through Empower With Tish, my primary mission is to help young adults recognize their worth, find their voices, overcome barriers, and develop the life and career skills needed to become confident, stable, self-sufficient, and independent. Guided by the BRIGHT PATH principles, I create safe, encouraging, and trauma-informed spaces where young adults feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their futures.
A central part of my mission is helping to reduce recidivism by addressing the barriers that can lead young people back into the juvenile justice or adult prison system. Through mentorship, advocacy, career preparation, life-skills development, education, positive support, and meaningful opportunities, I want to help young adults build stable lives, make healthier decisions, and successfully move forward.
In addition to youth and young-adult programs, Empower With Tish offers school workshops and creative business services for individuals, schools, organizations, and entrepreneurs. These add-on services include website design, digital downloads, customized workbooks, curricula, forms, business documents, branding materials, flyers, and other resources designed to help clients bring their ideas and visions to life.
I believe in second chances, individualized support, and the potential within every young adult. Whether I am helping someone prepare for employment, develop independent-living skills, build confidence, avoid returning to the justice system, or transform a meaningful idea into a professional resource, my goal is to empower, inspire, and elevate others as they create futures they can be proud of.

Every custom website requires a 50% non-refundable down payment before design begins. After your website package, final price, and project scope are confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the full 50% down payment. The final 50% balance is due before the website is published or transferred.
Domain Policy
Website packages include the customer's domain registration and connection/setup for the first year only. After the first year, the customer is responsible for the annual renewal fee. The domain will be registered in the customer's name and account so the customer retains ownership.
